Who are we now!: The owners of this site are primarily involved in property investment both in the UK and Overseas, we have substantial portfolios as individuals and have been involved in purchasing and renting property over the last 20 years.

Our background before now: Prior to this our expertise was in management and design of major commercial projects Overseas and the UK.

So what does above tell you!: That we have the expertise to deal with our clients requirements effectively and efficiently, whether you are an overseas property owner or just looking to book a holiday property with confidence. Our mission statement is simple "flexibility to suit your needs" and "after sales customer service". We believe because we are overseas owners ourselves then we have a vested interest to maximise bookings for all those properties that are listed on our site.

Why our own site!: We are a syndicate of Overseas Investors who initially placed our trust in overseas management companies to manage and generate rental revenue, after 4 years of using such companies we became very frustrated as the rentals promised either did not materialise at all or were very poor after taking into account their excessive charges. About 12 months ago with a basic web site we soon realised that we could generate more revenue from private bookings/enquiries. This prompted us to expand www.holidaysoverseas.com to all oversas owners and set about designing our web site professionally, allowing users and owners complete flexibility without the excessive costs other sites charge.

Objectives of our web site: Although www.holidaysoverseas.com is a recently new site, we have a clear objective in the next few months. That is to create a very powerful and prominent position within the overseas market place. We have invested heavily in a number of domain names and technology to ensure this happens, thereby maximising our marketing and exposure in the market place. We already automatically upload any owners property to major portals and we are continually adding to this.
